Daniel Southwick

Mr. Southwick is the President of Dewberry Design-Builders Inc. and possesses over 36 years of management experience working for construction and engineering service companies. He leads a team of professionals who customize solutions for electric vehicle charging, telecommunications, energy, industrial, federal, municipal and water/wastewater clients. With safety and collaboration always top of mind, project delivery includes design, design-build, progressive design-build, construction management-at-risk, and bid construction.

For the past six-plus years, Dewberry has supported our clients as they continue expanding their electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure footprint. To date, Dewberry has designed over 8,000 stalls and nearly 1,000 EV charging facilities at greenfield sites, existing parking lots, and parking garages. Services for these project types include due diligence, leasing assistance, design, construction, and commissioning. Dewberry’s clients include the leading power utility companies, vehicle manufacturers, national EV charging networks, transit agencies, municipalities, campuses, property owners, and technology providers.
