Russ Clark is the founder and principal in charge of business development at Clark Land Surveying (Clark.) Over the past 25 years he has built Clark from a local startup to a National Land Surveying Consultant business with a staff of over 60 and more than $20MM in annual revenue.
In 2013, Russ Clark and his business partner Justin Crosson, PLS were presented with the opportunity to jump into the EV site development sector. In the past ten years, Russ and Justin have built a national company that is primarily focused on providing EV site development surveys. We have completed over 6,000 EV surveys in all 50 states since 2013. Clark sets the standard for EV site surveys, utility mapping and encumbrance review. We support our EV clients with Ownership & Encumbrance Maps, Engineering Design Surveys and by providing Title Reports.

Russ Clark holds Professional Land Surveying licenses in Colorado and Alaska. He is a Certified Federal Surveyor. He has served on the state board for the Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska and an AS in Survey Technology from Anchorage Community College.
