1:15 p.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific: Fleet Energy Transition for Zero Emission Mobility

Mobility represents 25% of the global GHG emissions. A large portion of this is from fleet operations such as public transit, school buses, taxi, and Long-haul. At Wood we have worked with various fleet managers and senior leadership in public and private organizations to help them develop a fleet transition plan. As part of this presentation Wood will walk through its process of helping fleets decarbonize with case studies of a school bus fleet, and transit fleet. This will help establish an understanding and the various areas of impact as fleets look to transition from vehicles, facility, infrastructure, staff, and environment. Our unique solutions help you build a comprehensive systems based change management plan and road map.

Take Aways:

  • Things to consider when electrifying
  • How to start the conversation with fleet and maintenance
  • How to approach your utility and understand your infrastructure gap
