Access to our virtual conference platform on the dates of the event including access to all sessions, recordings, virtual networking hall, live interaction during every session and panel, and the ability to interact with all speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. You will receive the virtual event platform access information 3 business days before the starting date.
Every session is recorded live and will be available to you for 6 months following the event. You will be given a link to download the PDF slides after the event.
Following registration to the conference, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt once the transaction has been processed. In the event that you do not receive a receipt, please first check your spam folder, and then contact Andrea Vargas at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations, but if you miss the virtual conference, you will still be able to access all of the event content for 6 months after. You will receive login information 3 business days before the event and we recommend that you log in 20 minutes prior to the event in order to test your sound and explore the various rooms on the virtual platform.
