With the evolving market of EV adoption, multi-unit dwellings such as condos, apartments, townhomes, etc. are in a pivotal position to grow with the market. As public charging continues to be built out, MUDs have significant incentives to offer EV charging infrastructure to their tenants. EV Charging is a draw for future residents and enables properties to retain residents and foster a sustainable community that is prepared for the future. MUDs are faced with unique challenges when bringing EV infrastructure to their site. Prepare to walk away with:

    • Strategies for billing residents and access to the public
    • How to navigate electrical challenges
    • Key steps to help your community become EV ready
    • Taking advantage of state and utility incentives to offset infrastructure costs
