Greg started his career over 30 years ago supporting corporate 500 companies and their national real estate organizations with architectural-led solutions. He joined WB in 2008 to help open the Washington, DC office and
support clients with an engineering focus in strategic planning, project development, and construction oversight. He now leads our Technical Advisory practice sector. This practice sector engages clients in a trusted advisory role to find solutions for national initiatives, portfolio solutions, real estate transactions, program/project/construction management, smart portfolios, carbon initiatives, and alternative energy solutions.


Greg has developed, overseen, and driven some of our clients’ largest initiatives including a 250+ electric vehicle
charging facility rollout in the US, a 42 data center disposition initiative, and the modernization of a 900,000 sq.
ft. life science campus. His Technical Advisory practice has been guiding and directing our EV clients since 2016.
Last year his team supported more than 800 EV projects, in 30 states and 200 jurisdictions with 90 separate
utilities.
