Jenn Fiegel is Vice President Customer Success at Electrada, an electric fuel solutions company that is helping drive the transition of fleets across the United States to EVs by providing them with an unmatched end-to-end electric fuel solution, 360 Charging-as-a-Service. Jenn is responsible for strategic customer success lifecycle management for Electrada’s fleet customers, including account management, customer operations, and EV adoption through best-in-class customer experience.

As an innovative leader with a 25-year career in the telecommunications and utility industries, focusing on start-up organizations and bringing emerging technology solutions to customers, Jenn is known for building customer journeys with operational excellence and value-based outcomes motivating solution adoption and business transformation.   

Prior to joining Electrada, Jenn worked for 18 years in the utility industry.  Jenn served as Senior Director Sentient Energy and Vice President Market Execution, serving utilities with grid-edge solutions and responsible for relationship management, solution delivery, and operations.  Prior to that, Jenn worked at Oncor Electric Delivery for 6 years serving in various roles in transmission, finally serving as the Senior Director Risk Management responsible for oversight and governance for Oncor’s Reliability & Security Standards and Environmental and Enterprise Risk Management programs.  Before working in the utility industry, Jenn spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry in various program management and leadership positions in network planning and design, operations, information technology, and smart-grid technology.  

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Geneseo State University.  She is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
