Sam Usdan is Director of Midwood Power at Midwood Investment & Development, a New York-based fully integrated developer, owner, and operator of real estate assets with over 100 properties nationally. He is responsible for the firm's portfolio-wide EV charging, energy storage, and onsite generation strategy. Prior to Midwood, he worked at Vornado Realty Trust. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Wesleyan University.
