David joined Metropolitan Energy Center in 2013 and is currently a Coordinator with Kansas City Clean Cities, a USDOE-supported coalition operating as part of MEC. Since then, he has managed multiple deployment projects for alternative fuels in four states. These include CNG, LNG, propane and electric vehicles and charging systems. Partners on these projects include the City of Kansas City, Missouri; WaterOne; Hirschbach; Compass Supply Chain Solutions; Ruan Transportation and United Parcel Service. He has also coordinated programs for environmental remediation training and manages MEC’s 1914-vintage energy efficiency demonstration home.
