DaVina Flemings

DaVina Flemings is Director, State Government Relations at Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E).  Ms. Flemings is an experienced public affairs professional who uses skills in leadership, public policy, and communications to educate, advocate and negotiate with state officials and regulatory bodies. Proven record of accomplishment, successfully educating stakeholders against legislation that would adversely impact the company’s operations and advocating for legislation resulting in policy improvement. Prior to joining PG&E, Ms. Flemings worked in the public sector at the California Public Utilities Commission and the California State Assembly. 

Ms. Flemings is also an adjunct instructor at Golden Gate University in San Francisco where she teaches courses in the Undergraduate Studies Department of Public Administration and Executive Master of Public Administration Department. She is also a 2014 graduate of the Leadership California Issues and Trends Program.  In 2005, Ms. Flemings received a master’s degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. Ms. Flemings resides in Elk Grove with her family.
