What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes access to our virtual conference platform, including all sessions, recordings, virtual networking hall, live interaction during every session and panel, and the ability to interact with all speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees. You will receive the virtual event platform access information three business days before the starting date.

Every session is recorded live and available six months after the event, including speaker slides.

I registered online but did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do?

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation receipt once the transaction is complete. If you do not receive a receipt, please first check your spam folder, then contact Andrea Vargas at andrea.vargas@gsmiweb.com

Are there discounts for sending a group from our organization?

Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person and want to include as many people in the move for sustainability as possible. Group discounts are available depending on how many team members are interested in attending. For specific pricing details, please get in touch with Andrea Vargas at andrea.vargas@gsmiweb.com

What happens if I have to cancel?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or cancellations, but if you miss the virtual conference, you can still access all of the event content for six months. Please review our full Terms and Conditions here. You can also contact Andrea Vargas at andrea.vargas@gsmiweb.com with any questions.

What do I do on the day of the event?

You will receive login information three business days before the event, and we recommend that you log in 20 minutes before the event to test your sound and explore the various rooms on the virtual platform.
