Dillon Fried has over 20 years of parking and transportation management experience working in both university and municipal operations. He has been overseeing the curbside management and mobility program for the Minneapolis Public Works Department since 2019. Minneapolis recently partnered with St. Paul to develop the EV Spot Network, which is an inter-city network of publicly available curbside EV charging stations coupled with a car sharing service.
