Marnie is the Principal and Founder of Lightility, a turnkey EPC dedicated to converting outdated and
inefficient energy infrastructures into cost savings and improved asset value. Their services include, LED Lighting Upgrades, EV Charging Stations and Infrastructure and Commercial Solar projects. Under her leadership, Lightility clients have realized over $110 million in energy savings, more than $23 million in utility rebates and grants, and carbon emission reductions of over one billion pounds. Lightility is an award-winning trade ally with numerous national utilities, recent awards include: ‘Best Customer Experience’, ‘Most Efficient Projects’, and ‘Largest Incentive Values’.

Marnie holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from American University. She has guest lectured in the Master’s programs at Georgetown University, University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. She currently serves on the
Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the Sustainability Advisory Council for The American University Kogod School of Business and the Pepco Holdings EmPOWER Maryland Advisory Board. Marnie is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
