What is included in my ticket?
Access to our virtual conference platform on the dates of the event including access to all sessions, recordings, virtual networking hall, live interaction during every session and panel, and the ability to interact with all speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. You will receive the virtual event platform access information 3 business days before the starting date.
Every session is recorded live and will be available to you for 6 months following the event. You will be given a link to download the PDF slides after the event.
I registered online, but did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do?
Following registration to the conference, you will immediately receive a confirmation receipt once the transaction has been processed. In the event that you do not receive a receipt, please first check your spam folder, and then contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected].
Are there discounts for sending a group from our organization?
Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person, and want to include as many people in the move for sustainability as possible. Group discounts are available depending on how many team members are interested in attending. For specific pricing details, please contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected].
What happens if I have to cancel?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations, but if you miss the virtual conference, you will still be able to access all of the event content for 6 months after. Please review our full Terms and Conditions located in our Brochure, which can be found in the Navigation bar and downloaded. What do I do on the day of the event?
You will receive login information 3 business days before the event and we recommend that you log in 20 minutes prior to the event in order to test your sound and explore the various rooms on the virtual platform.
What if I receive a suspicious/fraudulent email about EVCS?
EV Charging Summit & Expo has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services that include (but is not limited to) travel, advertising, and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups are NOT our official vendors and fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems.
We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our official vendor list before contracting with anyone. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
Please note that EV Charging Summit & Expo and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with EV Charging Summit & Expo in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data. Buyers should beware!
