Adib is the inventor of real-time power analytics for mission critical electrical power distribution networks and holds over 26 US and International patents in the field. He has worked with renowned organizations in computer applications in power and energy, including the design, development and deployment of the predictive energy management system for the National Airspace System (NAS) critical infrastructure for the Federal Aviation Administration. He also supported the power engineering teams on the US Navy DDG-51 Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, DDX/DD21/Zumwalt-class destroyer, and the Ronald Reagan Aircraft Carrier.

Adib is a senior IEEE member, is a member of the Advisory Board at the Center for Energy Research at University of California San Diego Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Power System Engineering Certificate program at UC San Diego Extensions. Adib received his BA from Michigan State University, studied finance and accounting at Stanford University GSB, and an MBA from Pepperdine University GSBM.
