Spencer Skelly is Manager of Platform Products and Advanced Engineering with Webasto
Charging Systems, Inc., a global full-service business partner delivering innovative energy
management and e-mobility solutions. In this role, Spencer is responsible for the evolution of the
EVSE and Industrial product strategies, acting as a bridge between Business Development and
Engineering. He manages the rapid iterations of advanced engineering including inventing and
improving designs and products across the portfolio. Before holding multiple roles with Webasto
and the acquired AeroVironment charging division, a career of construction, engineering, and
services led to a cross-functional base and multi-faceted outlook. He is fully invested in the
electric vehicle revolution and all the implications of a world mobilized by electricity.
