Schroeer is the Executive Director of East Metro Strong, a public-private partnership between counties, cities, and employers in the eastern half of the Saint Paul-Minneapolis region. The partnership works with a wide variety of stakeholders to design and fund a transportation system that supports a healthy, equitable, and prosperous community.
Schroeer is on the Board of HOURCAR, Minnesota’s non-profit carshare service. HOURCAR has a fleet of 50 hub-based vehicles in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and Rochester, and operates over 150 all-electric, free-floating, renewably-powered vehicles for the Evie Carshare service, a part of the Saint Paul – Minneapolis EV Spot Network.
