Daniel Segal serves as Vice President, Business Development at Simon Property Group. Simon is
the global leader in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use
destinations. Simon centers across North America, Europe and Asia provide community
gathering places for millions of people every day.
Daniel is responsible for developing and delivering new shopping center based businesses,
advertising initiatives, and strategic relationships at Simon shopping centers across North
America. Recent endeavors include securing alliances with Electrify America, Tesla and Rivian to
build out EV fast charging infrastructure within parking facilities across the Simon portfolio.
Prior to joining Simon, Daniel led sales, marketing, sponsorship, naming rights, and strategic
partnership alliance efforts for several entertainment and sports entities, including: House of
Blues Entertainment, Avalon Attractions (now LiveNation), Spectacor Management Group (now
ASM Global), and Warren Miller Entertainment.
