Mickey Papillon is a commercial real estate industry veteran with 25 years of experience, including multiple executive roles at both public and private companies. He is currently Vice President, Technology Strategy at Irvine Company where he directs initiatives and projects of significant scope and complexity to support the strategic needs of the retail division. He also heads the company's EV Task Force, which ensures the proper planning, governance and implementation of EV charging in its portfolio.
Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President, Asset Management at Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's Maryland Portfolio. Over his career, he has worked on notable mixed use projects including Pike & Rose, Bethesda Row, Santana Row and Kierland Commons.
