Thank you for your interest in presenting your product or solution on the EVolution Stage at EV Charging Summit & Expo. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your proposal.
Presentation Format
Each presenter will have 15 minutes for their session. We encourage presenters to be available afterward for questions.
Presentation Content
We’re looking for innovative product, service, or partnership announcements.
AV & Tech Setup
A television screen and handheld mic will be available for visual & audio support (e.g., slides, demo videos). Please let our team know if you plan to record your session for social media or internal use.
Stage Environment
This is an open stage located on the Expo floor—attendees may come and go throughout the session. Please keep your content engaging, concise, and accessible to a wide audience, including technical and non-technical attendees.
Additional Notes
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You’ll email your slides in advance so we can make sure to have those ready.
