Are you driving innovation in EV infrastructure deployment, energy storage and management, fleet electrification, or clean transportation policy? Apply to speak at the EV Charging Summit & Expo, the leading event for professionals shaping the future of EV charging infrastructure.

Why Speak at EVCS?

Speaking at EVCS isn’t just about sharing your story—it’s about joining the movement accelerating the transition to clean transportation. As a speaker, you’ll be at the center of critical conversations with utilities, site hosts, government agencies, fleet operators, OEMs, and tech providers who are actively building tomorrow’s infrastructure.

As a speaker, you’ll have the chance to:

What we look for in speaking submissions:

  • Session ideas with clear, concise takeaways for attendees. What are 3 things attendees will be able to do after attending your session?
  • Case studies. What are some practical, real-life examples that showcase solutions to EV charging infrastructure challenges?
  • As much detail as possible! The more info we have about your potential session, the better we'll be able to gauge whether it's a good fit for our audience.

Topic areas (including, but not limited to):

  • EV infrastructure deployment, maintenance, operations
  • Funding and regulatory strategies
  • Energy storage integration
  • Fleet electrification (light-, medium-, and heavy-duty)
  • Charging technology and interoperability
  • Utility and site host collaboration
  • Software, payments, and user experience
  • Future-forward innovations that will shape the industry in the next 5–10 years

Any companies offering services to our audience may be required to fund their speaking opportunity as part of a sponsorship. EVCS does not have deadlines for sending in proposals, but we encourage speakers to apply early as our agenda fills up quickly. Potentially available speaking opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for understanding.
