What is included in registration?
Summit & Expo passes include:
- Access to all educational sessions happening March 26–27.
- Access to the expo hall on March 26–27.
Expo Only pass includes:
- Access to the expo hall on March 26–27.
Workshop Only pass includes:
- Access to the workshop(s) you registered for happening on March 25. Please review your transaction details.
March 25 workshops
PLEASE NOTE: Our optional March 25 workshops must be registered for separately. They are NOT included in "Summit & Expo" passes. Once you register, please review your transaction details if you are unsure if you registered for the workshop(s). If you didn't register for the workshop and want to add it to your ticket, please contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected] or Jessica Vargas at [email protected].
Where can I find a copy of my registration receipt?
The receipt was automatically sent to your email from [email protected] when you registered. If you haven't received it in your inbox, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find the receipt, contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly send you a copy.
What are the Expo Floor hours?
Wednesday, March 26: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday, March 27: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague if I can no longer attend?
You can transfer your ticket to someone else in your company at any time at no charge. Passes cannot be transferred once the conference starts (March 25 at 9:00 am).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee minus a $300 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please review our full Terms and Conditions.
Can I share a badge?
Sharing badges isn't allowed. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave the EV Charging Summit & Expo.
Attendee FAQ
Will I have access to the presentation slides for the March 25 workshops?
If you signed up for a March 25 pre-summit workshop, you can access presentation slides through the event mobile app. Please be aware that some speakers may keep their presentations private due to proprietary content, but we will do our best to make this content accessible to attendees. Workshops are not video recorded.
Will I have access to presentation slides from the panels and sessions happening on March 26–27?
No, we will not release copies of presentation slides for sessions on March 26–27.
How can I access content from sessions I missed?
We encourage attending organizations to send multiple delegates to take advantage of all of the concurrent sessions, panels, and case studies. Please contact Andrea Vargas at [email protected] or Jessica Vargas at [email protected] for more information on available group discounts.
Is there a virtual registration option for educational sessions?
No, there is no virtual registration option.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate. The temperature throughout the session rooms and expo floor can vary, so we recommend layers.
Will WiFi be available?
Yes, complimentary WiFi will be provided.
What food and beverage amenities are provided?
Coffee and water are provided on March 25th (workshop day). Coffee, water, and lunch are provided on the expo floor on March 26 and 27 (summit & expo days).
Is there a bag check available?
The Westgate provides a complimentary bag check at the front desk.
When will the event app be available?
The event app will be available to download at the beginning of March 2025. We will email details to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.
What is the date/location of EVCS 2026?

Badge Pickup FAQ
Where and when do I get my badge?
The registration booth is located in the Ballroom Foyer.
Workshop check-in
If you are registered for a March 25 workshop, check-in begins at 8:00 am for workshops beginning promptly at 9:00 am.
Early check-in for Summit & Expo badge holders
Early check-in opens March 25, 12:00 pm–6:00 pm. We highly recommend you come to early check-in to avoid 20+ minute lines on March 26 and 27.
Regular check-in
March 26 check-in begins at 7:00 am. March 27 check-in begins at 8:00 am.
Can I purchase a badge at the conference?
Badges may be purchased on-site at the Registration Desk in the Ballroom Foyer (All Access Summit & Expo Passes are subject to availability).
What do I need to pick up my badge?
Please be prepared to present your QR code (included in your registration confirmation email) along with your ID.
What if I lose my badge?
Lost badges can be re-printed at the Registration Desk at the designated rate.

Is parking available?
The Westgate provides complimentary parking in the North Garage and Sports Book lots. Complimentary valet services are also provided right from the front door. View other transportation amenities available at the Westgate.
