Future-Proofing Your Property for Cost-Effective EV Infrastructure Investments

To avoid costly mistakes and ensure long-term success, it is crucial to invest in EV infrastructure that is scalable, efficient, and adaptable to future advancements, upgrades, and business needs.

In this panel, industry experts will explore the most important “future-proofing” considerations for site hosts when investing in EV charging infrastructure. This discussion will offer valuable insights into how to strategically plan for both immediate and future needs, ensuring that early investments set the stage for sustainable and cost-effective growth.

Key topics will include:

  • Designing with Operations in Mind: Learn how to create EV infrastructure that not only meets today's performance needs but also ensures serviceability, fire and life safety, and long-term operational efficiency.
  • Integrating Facility-Wide Operations: Panelists will discuss how to synchronize charging station installations with the broader operations of the site. This helps minimize disruption to existing business operations while maximizing charging station efficiency.
  • Future-Proofing for Scalability: Learn how to future-proof your site for increased demand by deploying scalable charging solutions, incorporating renewable energy sources, and preparing to integrate advanced energy storage systems.
  • Leveraging Data from Early Deployments: Discover how to collect and analyze operational data from initial deployments, using it to inform more strategic decisions and optimize future phases of your EV charging program. This data-driven approach can lead to more efficient charging networks and better ROI on your infrastructure investments.
