His work with startups through Fortune 50 companies spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia, helping fleets, utilities, vehicle OEMs, and infrastructure providers capitalize on the shift to zero-emission mobility.

Paul founded Green OnRamp to drive EV adoption, collaboration, and industry growth, contributing to key industry standards such as SAE J3271, J3400, and the CharIN North America Charging Interoperability Taskforce. Since 2012, his Electric Vehicle Business & Career Network (EVBCN) has evolved into a global platform, organizing in-person EVents and an online forum connecting over 66,000 members across the EV ecosystem.
