Mike Doucleff

Mike Doucleff joined Alpitronic in 2023 to launch the Italian company’s operations in the United States. As CEO Alpitronic Americas, Mike helped establish in Charlotte, N.C., the headquarters of the makers of Europe’s leading electric vehicle charger, and is accountable for expanding its presence within the Americas.
Mike brings a wealth of experience to Alpitronic. Before joining the company, he spent the balance of his career with Schneider Electric. There Mike held various positions of increasing responsibility from commercial, functional, and operational roles, culminating in the re-booting of Schneider’s electric vehicle business as SVP & Head of eMobility division.
Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Spain. Mike has spent half of his professional life living and working in Europe and is currently based in Charlotte.
