Leslie Goodbody

Leslie has over 19 years of experience at CARB working in the zero-emission vehicle and infrastructure space including developing and supporting regulations and managing and implementing heavy-duty ZEV pilot and commercial incentive projects. She is currently leading collaborative efforts to identify and address infrastructure related challenges facing widespread adoption of heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles.
