Kianna Scott

Kianna Scott is the SVP of Learning and Development with ChargerHelp! In this role she supports curriculum development, internal and external training, funding administration, and partnership relations. Kianna led ChargerHelp’s efforts in the development of the SAE Body of Knowledge for the EVSE Maintenance Technician role. She also represents CH in Green Tech/Clean Tech projects like the Goodwill Clean Tech Accelerator with Goodwill Industries International, workforce development programming with Los Angeles Clean Tech Incubator, Michigan Central, the California Mobility Center, and more. Kianna is a part of a few EV Workforce groups, one being a collaboration between the National League of Cities and the National Governors Association.

Prior to ChargerHelp, Kianna enjoyed a 23 year long career in secondary and adult education where she was both a teacher and school administrator. Additionally, Kianna is a board member for two youth development organizations, and is a very active member within her church. She continues to grow her commitment to making great impact in professional development and organizational growth overall.
