Cullen Lee is the Senior Manager of EV Development at the Toronto Parking Authority, with extensive experience driving the development and implementation of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure in both public and private sectors. Cullen has been at the forefront of creating Toronto’s first municipal public charging network, a critical step in advancing the city’s sustainable transportation agenda.
His efforts are not just about expanding infrastructure but are rooted in a deep commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of urban transportation.
Previously, Cullen played a pivotal role at Mercedes-Benz Canada, where he launched the company's first all-electric vehicle portfolio. His work in developing and executing strategies for electric vehicle lifecycle management, including pricing, market alignment, and the integration of connected services, has been instrumental in pushing the boundaries of sustainable automotive solutions in Canada.
Cullen’s approach to sustainable transportation is holistic, encompassing technological innovation, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. He is particularly adept at navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering collaborations that align with broader sustainability goals. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Economics from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
