Abby Thomas is the Product Developer for Clean Transportation Customer Programs at Xcel Energy, where she focuses on advancing transportation electrification for residential and commercial customers. With an Engineering background and expertise in EV charging, she designs and implements programs that enable widespread EV adoption while integrating new technologies and management systems to support and strengthen the grid. Passionate about sustainability and overcoming customer barriers to electrification, Abby is dedicated to providing clean, renewable energy for electric mobility that is seamlessly available to customers whenever they need it.

Abby holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University. She resides in Denver, CO, where she loves to spend her free time adventuring through the majestic Rocky Mountains.
