Johannes Wittenbeck

Johannes Wittenbeck is a German Product Owner at chargebyte, based in Garching, Bavaria, Germany. He has been with the company since 2021, where he initially worked as a software developer, focusing on AC charge controllers and "Eichrecht" compliance. Johannes has progressed into a Product Owner role 3 years ago and is currently working in parallel on establishing chargebyte’s new U.S. location in Greenville, South Carolina.

Johannes earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Landshut in 2021. He previously worked as a student and intern at in-tech GmbH, gaining experience in electronic integration and vehicle electronics testing.

In addition to his professional career, Johannes is also a professional rally driver, competing in the ADAC Opel Electric Rally Cup since 2023, the first fully electric rally championship worldwide.
