John Gartner

John Gartner has more than 30 years of experience in research, management and consulting focused on electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and electric grid integration. At CSE, John leads the transportation program teams overseeing incentive program administration in a dozen states and previously led the Transparency and Insights (T&I) research group. He has authored more than 25 market research reports and whitepapers on vehicle electrification and provides customized client solutions. He has has provided insights on expanding the market for transportation electrification with state and federal agencies, automotive OEMS, utilities and infrastructure providers.
