Previously,Micah spent time in ISP and IoT reliability, where he has helped reduce support costs and operational headaches for companies with millions of devices in the field. Before that, his work in healthcare and naval operations helped engrain the criticality of reliability and uptime, and the role that interoperability plays in bringing complex solutions to life.
