Matthew completed his Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and is the Centralized Services Director for the Colville Confederated Tribes. In this role, he oversees the services division that supports government operations such as centralized accounting, human resources, planning department, public works, and other services that assist the tribal membership.
As a board member of the Colville Tribal Federal Corporation (Section 17 Corp), we oversee the gaming operations and forest products that support tribal operations.

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Energy Sovereignty with Microgrids and EV Charging
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR), with 1.4 million acres of land located in Washington State, is driving an Energy Sovereignty Plan to enhance the lives of their tribal members with greater grid resiliency and access to EV Charging Infrastructure. The plan heavily emphasizes Microgrids, EV Charging for the public and for an alternative fuel revenue source, Tribal Fleet Electrification, and a future vision for bi-directional enabled Electrified School Buses.
Matthew Pleasants, Centralized Services Director, will share why the plan is important to this tribal nation and how they are executing. OATI, as a preferred Microgrid Controls and Smart EV Charging partner, in support of their mission, will add to the conversation.
