John-Paul Damico is the CEO of Field Advantage, a nationwide leader in EV charging infrastructure, energy dispensing technology, and retail technology solutions. Since founding the company in 2007, he has expanded Field Advantage into a 24/7 national service provider, specializing in EVSE deployment, maintenance, and cybersecurity-focused technician training across all 50 states.
A recognized voice in the EV and fueling technology sectors, John-Paul serves on the Board of Advisors for the Transportation Energy Institute (TEI) and is an active member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI), contributing to RP1800 – the industry’s recommended practice for EV charging infrastructure installation and maintenance. He is also a participant in the ChargeX Consortium, working alongside key industry stakeholders to drive standardization and best practices in EVSE.
Through Field Advantage’s Factor Center, John-Paul has spearheaded cutting-edge EVSE technician training programs, ensuring that field service professionals stay ahead of emerging technologies, security protocols, and interoperability challenges.
