Jim Appleby

Jim Appleby has worked in the field of Transportation Demand Management for over 30 years. In his current role as Director of Operations for Anaheim Transportation Network, Jim has been responsible for the transition of their fleet of 82 buses, vans, and micro-transit vehicles to battery electric power with the goal of transforming the entire fleet to zero-emissions by 2025. Jim has also led ATN in introducing new technologies to enhance the rider experience, such as real-time bus information, mobile ticketing, and open-loop payment systems.
