Mr. Linowes is a Vice President in JLL’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory group. He has over 14 years of experience in supply- and demand-side energy management and currently partners with organizations to plan, finance, execute, and manage large-scale infrastructure initiatives encompassing intricate funding structures and multiple stakeholders, including federal, state, and local governments, private sector firms and community advocates. Over the course of his career, he has supported the development of over 200MW of new power generation, storage, EV charging, and microgrid assets and realized over $300M in annual energy and water savings for his clients. Mr. Linowes received a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University with a concentration in Energy Policy, a Bachelor of Science in Community and International Development from the University of Vermont, and is an Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager.
