Taylor York is a Program Manager in Western Riverside Council of Government's Energy and Environmental department. He serves as the Director of the Western Riverside County Clean Cities Coalition, facilitating education, outreach, partnership-building, and technical support activities that promote the availability and adoption of clean fuel and zero-emission vehicles and infrastructure. Coalition stakeholders are diverse, including local and regional agencies, fleets, technology manufacturers, fuel providers, utilities, educational institutions, and others.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has nearly 15 years of experience working with public and private sector stakeholders on energy, environmental, and transportation projects in Southern California.
