Sam Vercellotti is Senior Policy Manager at Terawatt Infrastructure, where he leads the company’s government relations and public-private partnerships portfolio, focused on supporting the buildout of the nation’s first ever dedicated charging network for commercial fleet vehicles.. He is a specialist in transportation public-private partnership policy having worked on fueling, smart mobility, and roadway infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada. Sam was previously a Manager in Boundary Stone Partners’ Transportation Policy Practice Group, advising companies and advocacy organizations on their engagement with Congress and federal agencies. Sam previously worked in government relations and public affairs roles at Transurban, focusing on toll road and transportation finance policy issues at federal and state levels. Sam graduated from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a B.A. in International Affairs.
