George Jiang

A Payment and Automatic Identification industry veteran for 30 years, George started as a researcher. He designed some of the most innovative Auto-ID and Payment products before growing and managing a full-capability engineering team dedicated to developing many great products, especially for outdoor, unattended applications, such as parking, vending, EV charging, ATM, car wash, and transit.

As a security expert at the largest satellite TV company, George led many successful countermeasures against the most well-organized pay-TV hackers.

As CTO of ID TECH, a payment hardware and solutions company, George works closely with customers, partners, and technology leaders to understand the technology, products, and business trends in emerging markets. He is an expert in the real-life requirements of outdoor, unattended applications and has successfully overseen many large-scale deployments.

George has bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science.
