Gary, with a degree in Resource Management from the University of Colorado along with graduate studies in Business Administration and Management, has been involved with field services industry since 1983.

 He managed the day-to-day operations of a regional service company focused on route services for six years before moving his family to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1989.Joining a larger, national company, Gary was involved in sales, product development, manufacturing and the creation of a nationwide field services division providing installation, break-fix repairs, and preventative maintenance service calls with coverage in all 50 states, Canada & Puerto Rico for retail photo processing companies.  During the 15 years of overseeing the operation of this organization Gary grew and maintained profitability while handling 600-800 service requests per week.

In 2009, Gary was provided the spin-off opportunity to take over the organization he helped to create to become its co-owner, President and CEO.  Since its creation, ARS Services has developed relationships in an expanding number of industries, developing, under Gary’s guidance, unique service profiles that specifically support equipment requirements in the digital signage, kiosk, inter-active displays, self-service dispensers and vending equipment, point of sale systems, fitness equipment, and electric vehicle charging stations industries. In addition to meeting consistent growth and expansion goals, the company has experienced steady profitability over an extended period of time.  Training, experience, and a focus on the needs of the customer as well as the employee have been Gary’s keys to success.
