What's included in my ticket?

When you purchase a "general summit access" ticket, this includes all sessions and networking receptions on the two main conference days. Daily coffee and lunch are also included. If you’d like to add pre-conference workshop training to your ticket, there is a separate fee. Hotel nights at The Mirage are not included.

I registered online but didn’t get an email confirmation or receipt yet.

You should have received a confirmation email receipt immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam folder. If there is a delay, contact Jessica Vargas at [email protected], Andrea Vargas at [email protected], or give us a call at 888.409.4418.

Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?

Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person - and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience EV Charging Summit & Expo! Group discounts are available depending on how many team members you plan to send. For specific pricing details, contact Jessica Vargas at [email protected] or Andrea Vargas at [email protected]

What happens if I have to cancel?

We hope you don’t have to cancel… but if you must, here are your cancellation options:

You can transfer your ticket to someone else in your company at any time at no charge. Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee, minus a $300 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the cost of your registration. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Why should I attend a pre-conference workshop?

Trainings are a great investment for a lot of reasons. Hands-on workshops will equip you with frameworks and templates you can integrate into your strategy.

These intensive, classroom-style workshops are a great way to dive into the most challenging topics around EV charging, alongside your peers and with one-on-one time with workshop instructors.

Will I have access to speaker slides after the event?

Of course. We will email you a link once the conference is over. Note: Look for EVCS staff on-site if you have any problems accessing conference materials online.

Where can I find accommodation information?

We have a discounted room block at The Mirage Hotel based on availability. This rate does not include tax and resort fees. Reservations for the hotel can be made by emailing [email protected], calling 702.605.9352, or clicking here.

Reserve your room before February 19 to obtain the discounted rate. Note: Make sure to reference group code “EV Charging Summit or EVCS” when booking your room to secure the discounted rate.

It is important to take note of the hotel discount deadline. (We cannot guarantee discounts once the deadline has passed.)

What is the appropriate attire for the event?

Business casual.

What do I need to bring with me to check in?

Please bring your ID and your receipt. Your receipt includes a QR code we scan to print your badge.
